Chloe is an AI-powered voice concierge for the Town of Vail, Colorado. Callers reach Chloe by dialing an inbound phone number. During the conversation, if Chloe determines that sending a text message would be helpful (e.g., to share a link, parking details, or event information), she verbally requests the caller's consent before sending any SMS message.
No SMS messages are sent without explicit verbal opt-in from the caller.
